Quit Vaping is a mobile application designed to help users track their journey to quit vaping. The app provides:
IMPORTANT: Quit Vaping is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content in this app is for informational and motivational purposes only.
Free Features: Basic app features are available at no cost, including the home dashboard, daily check-ins, and Day 1 of the Daily Quit Plan.
Premium Subscription: Premium features require a paid subscription. We offer two subscription options:
Premium Features Include:
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's respective refund policies. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly for refund requests.

All content, features, and functionality of Quit Vaping are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quit Vaping and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app. We do not guarantee that the app will help you quit vaping or achieve any specific results.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.
