How to Do It
- When a craving hits, check the time
- Tell yourself: "I'll decide in 5 minutes"
- Set a timer if helpful
- Do something else - anything else
- Reassess when the timer ends
Why It Works Most cravings peak and fade within 3-5 minutes. By waiting, you let the craving pass naturally.
